Christian came to Peoria as part of a tasting event at Sully's. 2 Brothers is one of the only bottling brewers in Illinois, and they have lots of offerings!

Excellent interview! I've said it before and I'll say it again - I love when you interview brewers. It's about as laid back an interview as you'll hear, every time.
I have no idea who these guys are, nor have I seen their beer anywhere. But I tell you this with all sincerity - after hearing Chris speak about his beer, how he responds to feedback (good and bad), and bringing the respect for the Italians, I'm on the hunt.
